Harrow residents to share views on improvement plans
Those living in property to rent in the London borough of Harrow are being given the chance to voice their views on planned improvement works for Mollison Way.
Harrow Council's aims are to make the area more attractive and safer to live, work and shop in.
The Mollison Way Improvement Scheme, which is funded by Transport for London, includes plans for new pedestrian crossings and security cameras, as well as safer parking spaces.
Locals can view the plans at Bob Lawrence Library, in North Parade, and Harness Harrow Medical Centre, in South Parade, from May 14th to June 6th.
Councillor Phillip O'Dell, portfolio holder for environment and community safety at Harrow Council, said: "It's important we get it right and involve as many local people as possible."
Last weekend, Harrow Museum held a medieval anniversary celebration featuring jesters, jugglers, falconry displays and a knights' tournament to mark its 25th anniversary.
