Greenwich Comedy Festival draws nearer
People living in property to rent in Eltham will be among the Greenwich residents looking forward to the borough's big comedy event next month.
Between September 7th and 13th the Greenwich Comedy Festival will entertain the crowds at various venues throughout the South London borough.
Although renowned for its maritime history rather than its comedic pedigree, Greenwich will be welcoming some of the biggest names in British comedy during the week-long celebration.
Russell Howard, Jo Brand, Ardal O'Hanlon and Richard Hall will be making audiences laugh during a selection of the 30-plus shows scheduled for the event.
The Old Royal Naval College and Greenwich Theatre are just two of the local venues that will be used to host the acts.
Thousands of tickets are up for grabs, but as the week-long comedy gathering draws closer, opportunities to book a place at one of the shows will become limited.
