Broxbourne youngsters get invite for Urbathalon event
Youngsters living in property to rent in the London borough of Broxbourne, and other people from the area, are being invited to participate in the Urbathalon event.
The day is aimed at 11 to 19-year-olds and it will be taking place on Saturday July 23rd at Old Highway Recreation Ground in Hoddesdon.
There will be a number of free activity sessions for the youngsters to try out, including skateboarding, BMX biking, archery and tennis.
At the event, there will also be a climbing wall and a Spider Mountain climbing tower for people to try out.
It kicks off at midday and finishes at 18:00 BST and there's no need for attendees to book - they can just turn up whenever they want.
Earlier this week, the cabinet of Broxbourne Council agreed to the development of some form of consultation which will see residents able to air their views of a range of local issues.
