Will people want flats to rent in London's Wembley City?
Anyone considering whether to go for property to rent in London may be interested in the latest phase of regeneration around England national football stadium.
Developer Quintain has unveiled plans for the next stage of its Wembley City development that includes the new Brent Civic Centre, which opens its doors in 2013.
Indeed, during that year, it also hopes to have completed building a new branch of the global hotel chain Hilton, a nine-screen cinema as well as a designer retail outlet, something that might catch the interest of those renting property in London who like to find a bargain.
Quintain said it aims to formally submit a planning application to local authorities by the end of this year.
The famous stadium itself opened in 2007 after a lengthy construction - which in total cost £757 million - and will host the 2011 UEFA Champions League Final.
