Haringey residents urged to join jogging groups
People living in property to rent in the London borough of Haringey are being urged to join jogging groups in the area.
Haringey Council states that anyone over the age of 16 is welcome to join one of these six groups, which are run by a trained jogging leader.
One of the groups is for women only, and is to start on Tuesday February 15th from 17:30 to 18:30 GMT.
It will then be held every Tuesday after that, with members meeting at the Broadwater Farm Centre foyer in Adams Road, N17.
Another is the Heathside Jogging Group, which started on Tuesday (February 1st) and will run for eight weeks in total.
This club meets at 19:30 at the YMCA Harringay Club on Tottenham Lane, N8.
Last week, the local council urged those living in flats to rent in the London borough of Haringey to register any events that they have planned for the Olympic year, 2012.
This is to make sure that emergency services and transport planners are well prepared.
