Fun-packed activity programme ongoing in Redbridge
People living in property to rent in the London borough of Redbridge, as well as others in the area, are still able to take part in some great summer activities throughout the borough.
At Redbridge Museum, there are a whole host of events taking place, from face painting to storytime sessions, so there's plenty for the kids to get involved in.
There's a tour of Foxburrows Farm taking place on August 25th, with children having the opportunity to get the first peek at the latest new residents in the meerkat enclosure.
As well as this, there are a range of sports activities, including white-water rafting, tennis and football, being held around the borough at locations such as Fairlop Waters in Barkingside and the Lee Valley White Water Centre.
With rioting continuing across the capital, residents in Redbridge have been advised that representatives in the area will not tolerate the criminality taking place.
Redbridge Police have held meetings with people from the business community and independent advisors and they are forging plans to ensure the rioting causes minimal effects in the borough.
