Edgware residents 'enjoy stress-free commute'
Londoners looking to ease the strain of commuting in the capital every day would be well advised to look at Edgware property.
That's the advice being given by property developer Belstone Homes, which has said that properties in the area perfectly combine proximity to London with suburban living.
Managing director Trevor Britton explained that residents living at the end of Tube lines enjoy the benefits of London at arm's length, offsetting the hustle and bustle of city living with a more relaxed town atmosphere.
Furthermore, he noted that property for sale in Edgware tends to be more affordable due to its distance from the centre, therefore boosting its appeal given current difficulties in the market.
He commented: "With a wide range of shops, restaurants sporting and leisure facilities, the suburb of Edgware is an ideal location for commuters of all ages.
"Living a bit further away from the centre of London means not only are house prices more affordable but, being at the end of a Tube line means that you can enjoy less crowded tubes and a less stressful commute."
