Discount ticket booth for Brent Cross
Brent Cross shopping centre is to benefit from a new ticket booth selling discounted West End tickets.
The Society of London Theatre (SOLT) confirmed late last week that it will be opening a new outlet in the popular centre, hoping to raise awareness among North Londoners' about the theatre.
It previously attempted to launch a booth in Canary Wharf, but that facility was closed down last September due to limited demand.
Despite that disappointing result, SOLT commercial manager Paul James said he hoped Barnet property owners and other people visiting the shopping centre would make the most of the new booth.
"This is all about bringing the best deals in the West End to Brent Cross shoppers," he commented. "Customers can choose from dozens of top shows each day at half price then head off to the West End for world-class entertainment."
SOLT's principal outlet is currently in Leicester Square, where the society continues to attract high demand among tourists.
