Sutton residents take part in Imagine Festival
People living in property to rent in the London borough of Sutton have been taking part in the Imagine Festival.
This features displays from various local arts groups including the Gary Mason rhythmical empowerment charitable foundation, retro dance group Surrey Jive and Inspirall Art's travelling bicycle tree.
Councillor Graham Tope, executive member for community safety, leisure and libraries on Sutton Council, said: "The Imagine Festival is always a big hit with residents and visitors, and this year's event has got off to a great start. I'd like to thank all the artists and organisers involved for making it such a success."
He went on to say that the festival helps local groups to work together and offers everyone a chance to try something new.
Earlier this week, Sutton Council announced that the Sutton Life Centre is hosting a weekly Glee-inspired choir club for young people.
The club is currently preparing for their first show, called It's Showtime!.
