People living in flats to rent in London could head to jazz festival
Tenants occupying flats to rent in the London Borough's of Greenwich, Barnet, Newham, Lewisham and Lewisham will all have the chance to get involved with the London Jazz Festival, which starts today (November 17th).
Over a quarter of the 280 events on show this year are free to attend, with people making their way to the festival able to take part in jazz talks, family events and shows with a focus on Scottish, French and Danish music.
Afrocubism will be making their long-awaited UK debut at the Barbican and with Cuban artists set to star this year those who like a Latin edge to their jazz may be in their element.
Cedar Walton will be performing at Ronnie Scott's from 19:00 GMT this evening, with the Creole Choir of Cuba playing the Theatre Royal in Stratford East at 19:30 tonight.
Other acts performing tonight include Harold Lopez-Nussa at the PizzaExpress Jazz Club at 20:30 and the Royal College of Music Big Band with Mark Armstrong at The Bull's Head from 20:30.

The London Jazz Festival starts today and lasts until Sunday (November 21st).
