Plans for Broxbourne improvements package approved
Councillors have approved plans for an environmental improvements package that could benefit people living in flats to rent in the London borough of Broxbourne.
The council's environmental services committee met earlier this week and approved the first phase of plans for the integrated package, which has been created by Studio Egret West.
This details improvements for Waltham Cross town centre and along Eleanor Cross Road and Station Road.
It is hoped that the package of improvements, if they gain final approval, will enhance the appearance of the area for visitors and local residents alike.
"The first phase will involve the removal and redesign of the planters in the northern High Street. It will also consider reopening the northern High Street to traffic and parking in the evenings," a statement from Broxbourne Council reveals.
Earlier this month, people living in flats to rent in the London borough of Broxbourne learned that their area had been awarded four stars out of five in the district category of the Clean Britain awards.
