New flats to rent in the London borough of Croydon?
People looking for flats to rent in London may be pleased to hear that a house building company is planning a new development in Croydon.
Taylor Wimpey's Aura site will contain 49 apartments, with a mix of one, two and three bedrooms.
The flats will have secure parking and be located off Sydenham Road, not far from the centre of London.
Regional sales and marketing director Paula Carter said the development could easily be someone's "dream home".
"Aura will be attractive to a wide range of home-hunters in Croydon and the surrounding area and offers the very best in contemporary urban living just a short distance from the city," she added.
Situated near East Croydon railway station, the flats will allow people easy access to the centre of London within 20 minutes, the company has stated.
There is also a Tramlink based in the area, which was recently awarded two green flags for outstanding parks and open spaces.
