Flats to rent in Brent may be boosted by western extension removal
Those looking for flats to rent in London and particularly in western areas such as Brent might be interested to note a major change is set to be made to the congestion charge.
This is because the western extension is set to be removed and tomorrow (December 24th) marks the final charging day on the section.
A public consultation on the subject previously revealed 62 per cent of respondents supported its removal, which may have included some looking for flats to rent in Brent.
What's more, Auto Pay accounts will be introduced for the Congestion Charge to help ensure people do not get fined for forgetting to pay, plus a new greener vehicle discount will be implemented.
In addition, people searching for flats to rent in Croydon may be keen to note a £2 million grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund and Big Lottery Fund should help modernise a historic open space in the borough.
