Battersea set for "fantastic" annual fireworks display
People living in flats to rent in Battersea will soon be able to attend one of the biggest firework displays in the capital.
Next Saturday (November 5th), the annual Battersea Park Fireworks Display will light up the night sky in a great evening for all the family.
The gates open at 18:00 GMT before the bonfire is lit at 19:30 and the display kicks off at 20:00.
Ahead of the event, Wandsworth Council's cabinet member for environment, culture and community safety Jonathan Cook said: "Once again Battersea Park is set to host one of the best fireworks displays seen in London. Anyone looking to celebrate Bonfire Night in style should join us for what I am sure will be another fantastic event."
Tickets bought up to 17:00 on November 5th cost £6, while those purchased on the night cost £10.
Children under ten years old get in for free.
