New developments on road to Wembley
A new development of townhouses in Wembley could add to the development and increasing appeal of the north West London area for residential property-seekers.
Barratt West London recently launched its Crown Green Mews development in North Wembley, using the tranquil setting of the grounds of a bowling club for the newly-built modern homes.
Renting or buying in the Wembley area has been boosted by the redevelopment of Wembley Stadium, with the impressive structure now dominating the skyline and providing a focal point for further regeneration of the area.
Barratt's new four-bedroom properties are part of a resurgence in new housing, retail and leisure projects in the area since the stadium's development.
But transport is also at the heart of plans to make Wembley a better place to live and commute from, with better road links now aspired to in a bid to complement the strong existing rail networks.
Bakerloo, Jubilee and Metropolitan line Tube Stations are all near to Barratt's North Wembley development, while mainline overground trains also serve London Euston in 30 minutes.
