Ramsey restaurant set to open in Camden
The opening of a new restaurant by a hot-headed TV chef could increase the number of people moving to Camden borough.
Gordon Ramsey will open his latest restaurant, which promises customers good food at affordable prices, in Parkway, Camden Town on September 22nd.
The opening of the York and Albany restaurant has given those currently on the look out for a new home in London a good reason to consider Camden borough as an exciting rental location.
A spokeswoman for Gordon Ramsay, said: "Overlooking Regent's Park, York and Albany will showcase a restaurant, bar, delicatessen and a meeting and events space with ten luxuriously appointed bedrooms and suites."
The head chef of Mr Ramsay's new venture will be Colin Buchan, who was previously chef at Mayfair's exclusive Connaught Hotel.
Research published earlier in the week revealed that average rents in the UK had fallen to £588, from £762 in 2007.
