People from property in Kensington and Chelsea have their say
People living in property to rent in Kensington and Chelsea have been given the chance to help shape the future of the royal borough.
They will be able to access the local council's Core Strategy, which makes up the Local Development Framework, and offer opinions on the proposals.
Councillor Daniel Moylan, deputy leader of the borough, said the local authority wanted to give the community a chance to get involved and have a say in the future of their neighbourhoods.
"As with all other London boroughs, Kensington and Chelsea must plan for future population growth to ensure that residents benefit from better access to housing, jobs, local services and recreational and cultural facilities," he added.
Those looking for flats to rent in Kensington and Chelsea may be encouraged to live in the area by this emphasis on community.
Other elements of the borough that may tempt people to choose property in Kensington and Chelsea include the area's transport links to Central London.
