James Bond house for rent
Would-be spies and gadget fans may well be impressed to learn that they can now rent James Bond's house, if they have access to £40,000 a week.
The London Evening Standard reports that the property on Brick Street will set tenants back by between £30,000 and £40,000 a week, although tenants may get value for their money thanks to the home's seven bedrooms, eight reception rooms, underground car park, gym, swimming pool and cinema.
Peter Wetherell, the Mayfair agent, said: "I have always known it as the James Bond house. It has all the gadgets."
However, as for many people this price tag may be a bit steep, they may find property to rent in Kensington or another borough of London far more affordable.
The Times' Yolande Barnes recently claimed that she was happy to rent a home, due to property prices rising. Such action may mean people have enough money left over to finance a collection of gadgets worthy of James Bond.
