Hammersmith and Fulham 'may see development'
The London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham could soon be one of the most up and coming parts of the capital, which may make it a great place for people to live if they wish to experience a busy life in the capital.
Dave Hill, in an article for the Guardian, claims there has been much debate among politicians of late over how best to increase housing in the city and help to regenerate or develop boroughs.
"Earmarked regeneration sites include a riverside neighbourhood containing the Queen Caroline estate and the area around the Earls Court exhibition centre," he notes of possible projects in Hammersmith and Fulham.
Such news may prompt Britons to look for flats to rent in the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as, should major development in the area take place, it is likely property prices will increase significantly as a result.
Sports fans in particular may wish to make a move to the borough, as it is home to Chelsea, Fulham and Queen's Park Rangers football clubs.
