Flats to rent in London 'may suit Brits with outstanding debt'
flats to rent in the London borough of Camden may be an attractive option for the many people in the UK who are still faced with what one expert described as "outstanding debt".
Tom Entwistle, director of LandlordZone.co.uk, explained that although the situation is improving and it is easier for people to obtain cash, many individuals still have some "catching up" to do.
He said that in his opinion, the situation will not improve until banks reach a more stable situation and the economy begins to move in a positive direction.
Mr Entwistle also pointed out that the latest Budget issued by George Osborne "has been relatively kind to business and property investors".
While the chancellor announced changes to furnished holiday lettings proposed by the previous Labour government will not be introduced, he said housing benefits will be limited to £400 per week on homes with four or more bedrooms.
