A B C D E F G H I K L M N O P R S T U V W Y

Teddington - TW11
Set to the south of the borough and bordering the green open spaces of both Bushy Park and Hampton Court Park. Water front properties in Teddington and Hampton Wick command the highest prices. Handsome family homes in the roads surrounding Hampton Village, whilst to the west, suburban mid-war property predominates. The roads close to Teddington train station prove a good hunting ground for flats and conversions.

Thamesmead - SE28

Thornton Heath - CR7
Southern suburb

Tolworth - KT7 , KT8 , KT6

Tooting - SW17
Good connections to West End and City. Bustling High St market, shops and restaurants. Nearest parks: Wandsworth Common and Tooting Bec Common. Tooting Bec Common with its open air lido, tennis courts, horse riding and running track, is a popular local attraction

Tottenham - N17 , N18 , N15
Northern suburb with good access to the North.

Totteridge - N20
Northern suburb, large houses - many with gardens. Good access to M1 and North

Tower Bridge - SE1
A forgotten area after the docks declined in the 1970's, now rejuvenated with riverside flats and apartments and the arrival of the Jubilee Line. Trendy bars, restaurants and shops lie east of Tower Bridge in Shad Thames. Rotherhithe remains the focus for much of the riverside development. Plush apartments and converted warehouses draw the attentions of the city set, whilst Bermondsey still retains a reminder of its past with several scruffy council estates. Some Victorian cottages and terraces remain further inland.

Tower Hill - EC3

Tufnell Park - N7, NW5, N19
Home to those who feel priced out by Islington and Highbury and often mistakenly marketed as Highgate by eager estate agents, Tufnell Park offers pleasant, tree lined streets of Victorian terraces. Becoming ever popular with the middle class, gentrification is becoming apparent at every turn. Properties get better the further you travel from the busy Holloway road.

Tulse Hill - SW2
Convenient for West End, good road access out of the city to the West

Turnham Green - W4
Convenient for West End, good road access out of the city to the West

Turnpike Lane - N8

Twickenham - TW1 , TW2 , TW3 , TW4
Affluent suburbia, good road links to southwest and west of the country. Rugby Union Headquarters,
