Profile
Net-Lettings.co.uk was one of the first Property Agent Portals to be developed in 1996 and has gone from strength to strength becoming and remaining the top Property agency Portal in London and surrounding areas, with a bias towards the lettings market.
It has been designed to allow anyone with an interest in rented accommodation in London to contact a local letting agent in a wide variety of locations within London and the Home Counties.
The clickable map is colour coded to give you a rough guideline to rental prices across the city. Generally the rent bands follow the zonal transport bands. However there are notable exceptions to this rule in places where the quality of the housing stock or the convenience of access to transport are more important considerations.
Good quality accommodation at a reasonable rate is, just as in any major city, in fairly short supply. It usually goes to someone that is already registered with the agent and so it will pay you to contact agents and register your requirement. This is made easy with the 'Let all agents know that I am looking in xxxx area' , which is available on each listed area.. By filling out a simple form and submitting your contact details and requirement, all agents listed in that area of interest to you will receive an email about your requirements. The agents will then contact you with suitable properties which they have available, helping to speed up the process of finding a suitable property
