New Tesco Express at Beaufort Park
Mixed-use property developer St George has announced the opening of a new Tesco Express at Beaufort Park in North-West London.
The convenience store will add to the amenities enjoyed by people who have purchased property for sale in Colindale, supplying residents with a wide range of fresh produce, magazines, flowers and drinks.
It also joins a number of other commercial operators who currently have storefronts in close proximity to the Beaufort Park housing development, including a popular Young's bar and pub.
To commemorate the launch of the new Tesco Express, the retailer has donated £500 to Marie Curies Cancer Care.
Ross Faragher, Managing Director of St George Central London commented: "We are delighted that Tesco have chosen to open a new store at Beaufort Park, which demonstrates their belief in the success of the development."
According to last year's figures, Tesco has a 31.2 per cent share of the British grocery market and takes in £1 of every £7 spent by British shoppers. It presently employs more than 250,000 people in the UK.
